* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...Guam and Rota.
* WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 4 AM ChST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm 26W will impact Saipan and Tinian, and the far northern Marianas late this week and into the weekend. South of Tropical Storm 26W, a monsoon surge will develop across the Marianas. Winds could approach near-gale force in the higher terrain with gale force gusts. Windy conditions may continue beyond Saturday night and this product may need to be extended.
