* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Oklahoma, including the following county, McCurtain and northeast Texas, including the following counties, Camp, Franklin, Morris, Red River, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop and slowly move across portions of East Texas and Southeast Oklahoma through Friday Morning. Rainfall amounts between 2" to 4" will be possible. Some isolated higher totals can't ruled out. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
