* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1034 PM CDT, the thunderstorms producing the heavy rainfall had ended, but areas of minor flooding will continue as the water drains into creeks and rivers. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Potosi, Steelville, Irondale, Mineral Point, Courtois, Cherryville, Caledonia, Davisville, Shirley, Dillard, Latty, Belgrade, Cook Station and Cadet.
