At 909 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Lake Le-Aqua- na State Park to Freeport to near Forreston, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include... Freeport, Mount Carroll, Lena, Stockton, Lanark, Pearl City, Shannon, Nora, Buena Vista, Loran, Kent, Waddams Grove, Eleroy, Damascus, Lake Le-Aqua- na State Park, Mc Connell, Willow, Apple River Canyon State Park, and Bolton.

This also includes Apple River Canyon State Park and Lake Le-Aqua- Na State Recreation Area.
