* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 10 to 15 kt and seas 4 to 5 ft. For the Gale Watch, north winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft possible.
* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia- North Carolina border out 20 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM EDT this evening. For the Gale Watch, from Saturday morning through late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
