* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1052 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms had produced heavy rain in northern Ross County, with 2 to 3 inches of rain estimated. The heaviest rain occurred near Chillicothe, Andersonville, and south of Kingston. Minor flooding is ongoing. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Chillicothe, Kingston, Andersonville, North Folk Village, Frankfort, Londonderry, Laurelville, Clarksburg, Adelphi, Mooresville, and Hallsville.
