* WHAT...Multiple rounds of heavy rain with an increasing potential for flooding.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Kansas, including the following counties, in north central Kansas, Clay, Cloud, Ottawa, Republic and Washington. In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley.

* WHEN...From this evening through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving, moisture laden system is expected to bring widespread rainfall of one to three inches, with locally higher amounts of around five inches.
