* WHERE...Mississinewa River near Ridgeville.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Mississinewa River banks about one mile east of Ridgeville and in other areas begin to overflow at this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 10.2 feet this afternoon.
