The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag Warning for winds and low relative humidities, which is in effect until 9 PM MDT tonight and from noon to 9 PM MDT on Wednesday.
* AFFECTED AREA...In Idaho, Fire Weather Zones 424 Western Twin Falls BLM and 426 Southern Highlands.
* TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, until 9 PM MDT this evening. For the second Red Flag Warning, from noon to 9 PM MDT Wednesday.
* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 14 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
