* WHAT...For the Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures in the upper 90s to 103 and warm nights with low temperatures in the lower to mid 70s expected. For the Wind Advisory, east winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...San Diego County Valleys.
* WHEN...For the Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM PDT Thursday. For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events.
