At 1109 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Delavan, or 13 miles southeast of Pekin, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Tremont, Delavan, South Pekin, Hopedale, Emden, Armington, and Dillon.

This includes Interstate 155 between mile markers 6 and 23.
