At 453 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 14 miles west of Los Lunas to 11 miles northeast of Meadow Lake, moving north at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include... Albuquerque, Los Lunas, Valencia, Los Ranchos De Albuquerque, Bosque Farms, South Valley, Isleta Pueblo, North Valley and Meadow Lake.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 131 and 172. Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 201 and 232.
