* Flash Flood Warning for... Northern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... Southeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio...
* Until 1115 AM EDT.
* At 928 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen from thunderstorms earlier this morning. Even though the heavy rainfall has since ended, flash flooding will continue. Emergency Management reported State Route 733 is closed due to flooding near Willis Hill, and State Route 143 at State Route 7 is also closed due to flooding.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
