* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall from earlier storms is expected continue.

* WHERE...Northeastern Cedar County in northeastern Nebraska...

* WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 336 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms has ended. However, overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
