Hot and humid conditions are expected through the afternoon and early evening, with peak heat indices in the mid 90s to around 100 degrees. If you plan to be outside, avoid strenuous activity and prolonged exposure to the heat by taking breaks in the shade or in an air conditioned building, and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
