Flash Flood Warning

At 521 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding due to heavy rain between. Between 2.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring. Additional flash flooding is expected farther north in places like Ralston, Trout Run, Loyalsockville, and Cogan Station.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Williamsport, Montoursville, Montgomery, Duboistown, Cogan Station, Trout Run, Loyalsockville, Ralston, Elimsport, Barbours, Collomsville, South Williamsport, Garden View, Oval, Salladasburg, Little League World Series Complex and Williamsport Airport.
