* WHERE...A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Bacon, Coffee, Pierce and Ware.
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 508 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Saturated soils from previous heavy rain may lead to flooding developing quickly. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
