* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.9 feet early Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
