* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 10 NM.
* WHEN...Dense Fog Advisory, until noon PDT today. Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 2 AM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
