* WHERE...All the waters within 10 nm from shore and waters north of Cape Blanco and beyond 10 nm from shore.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM Monday to 8 PM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or damage smaller vessels.
