At 608 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar has estimated between 1 and 1.8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional storms with heavy rain are moving through the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
