* At 712 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in In and around the city of Sonora. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
