* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1238 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Vandalia, Englewood, Tipp City, Moraine, Oakwood, Wright-Patterson Afb, West Carrollton, Riverside, Clayton, Union, Shiloh and Centerville.
