* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following areas, Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Lee AR, Mississippi, Poinsett and St. Francis, North Mississippi, including the following areas, Benton MS, DeSoto, Marshall, Tate and Tunica, and West Tennessee, including the following areas, Fayette, Hardeman, Haywood, Lauderdale, Shelby and Tipton.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
