* WHERE...Kings (Brooklyn) County in southeastern New York... Northwestern Nassau County in southeastern New York... Queens County in southeastern New York...
* WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 443 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms approaching the area. Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 1 1/2 inches are expected over the area. This rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
