* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1251 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 1.8 and 2.5 inches of rain fell Tuesday. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Stonewood, Anmoore, Enterprise, Flemington, Meadland, Rosemont, McGee and Despard. - This includes the following highways...
