* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects many residences along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet Friday evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
