* WHERE...Mississippi River at Natchez.
* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 38 feet, Lowlands along the river in areas not protected by levees begin to flood. On both side of the river, there are areas that contain oil and gas wells; however, these are not affected until higher stages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 40.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 25.9 feet Thursday, August 06. - Action stage is 38 feet. - Flood stage is 48 feet.
