* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.3 feet and rising rapidly. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.0 feet Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
