* WHAT...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways.
* WHERE...In Delaware, New Castle. In New Jersey, Salem.
* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 2 AM EDT Wednesday. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from 10 PM Wednesday to 2 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Elevated tides due to the approach of the New Moon on August 12th may lead to minor coastal flooding during the evening high tides through Thursday.
