* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. This area of rainfall is moving over areas that have already received heavy rain earlier today.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following county, San Miguel.
* WHEN...Until 200 AM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1057 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.2 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
