Red Flag Warning

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING FOR STRONG GUSTY WIND AND LOW RH FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 624...

The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 2 PM to 9 PM PDT Friday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued and is in effect from Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds combined with low RH could lead to the rapid spread of any new or existing fires.

* AFFECTED AREA...In ORZ624...Fire weather zone 624, including the Wrights Spring Fire.

* WIND...South to southwest 15-20 mph with gusts to 25-30 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Minimum humidity around 12-18 percent.
