* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Franklin County in central Ohio... Licking County in central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 250 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Storms with torrential rainfall are moving into western Licking County and have already produced between 1-2 inches of rainfall. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Newark, Heath, Granville, Pataskala, Johnstown, Hebron, Utica, Hanover, Granville South, Marne, Harbor Hills, Beechwood Trails, New Albany, Jersey, Alexandria, St. Louisville, Gratiot and Fredonia.
