* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Marion, Monongalia, Preston and Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston.
* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of thunderstorms are expected through this afternoon that could produce heavy rainfall. Hourly rates of 1-2 inches per hour could produce areas of flash flooding, particularly in already saturated areas and locations that receive multiple thunderstorms. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
