* At 427 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Longtown to near Bishopville, moving south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

Columbia, Camden, Bishopville, Lake Wateree Dam, Dentsville, Lugoff, Villages at Sandhill, Elgin, Killian, Sesquicentennial State Park, Lake Carolina, Goodale State Park, Mayesville, Dinkins Mill, Manville, Spring Hill, North Towne Square Shopping Center, Boykin, Pine Grove Fire Station, and Wateree River Correctional Institution.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 78 and 118. Interstate 77 between mile markers 18 and 20.
