* WHAT...Very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 11 ft at 8 to 9 seconds gradually subsiding to 7 to 9 ft at 9 seconds this afternoon and evening. W winds easing to 10 to 20 kt today.
* WHERE...All areas, except highest seas north of Reedsport.
* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially treacherous.
