* WHAT...Steep seas 7 to 9 ft at 9 seconds today. North winds increasing to 15 to 25 kt tonight and Saturday with gusts up to 30 kt. This will build steep wind seas 7 to 9 ft at 6 to 8 seconds and continue through Sunday.
* WHERE...All areas, but highest seas south of Port Orford this weekend.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or damage smaller vessels.
