* WHERE...Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island Leeward Waters and Big Island Southeast Waters.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM HST Friday. For the Hurricane Watch, 6 PM Friday through 6 PM Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely reduce visibility.
