* WHERE...Southwestern Macon County in western North Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water on roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 441 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Rain rates are starting to decrease. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rainbow Springs and Otto. Highway 64 west of Franklin. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
