* Flash Flood Warning for... Northeastern Athens County in southeastern Ohio... Southwestern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... Southeastern Perry County in southeastern Ohio... Southwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia...

* Until 515 AM EDT.

* At 1213 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Parkersburg, Belpre, Glouster, Chesterhill, Vienna, Washington, Lubeck, Boaz, North Hills, Buchtel, Stockport, Jacksonville, Trimble, Bartlett, Little Hocking, Fleming, Blennerhassett, Belleville and Burr Oak State Park.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 175 and 176. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 10.
