* WHERE...The island of Hawaii in Hawaii County...
* WHEN...Until 500 AM HST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 154 AM HST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain over the Hamakua Coast. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1.5 inch per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kapaau, Honokaa, Paauilo, Ookala, Kukuihaele, Waipio Valley, Laupahoehoe, Kamuela, Waimanu Valley, Ninole, Hakalau and Honomu.
