* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of western Maryland, including the following areas, Central and Eastern Allegany, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany and Western Garrett, western Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Highland and Western Highland, and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, Hampshire, Hardy, Western Grant, Western Mineral and Western Pendleton.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are forecast to move across the area beginning this morning, and continuing through this evening. Many areas could see 1 to 2 inches of rain.
