* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 733 PM EDT, the gauge on the Shade River at Chester was in Minor Flood Stage at 16.2 feet and slowly falling. Additional impacts are possible downstream to the east as water drains eastward into the Ohio River. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
