* WHERE...Arkansas River at Ralston.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs on the north bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.7 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
