Details

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Central Quay County in east central New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 445 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 140 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms along I-40 near Tucumcari. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Heavy rainfall may limit visibility. If travelling, leave extra distance between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
