* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 11 AM CDT Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
