Locations impacted include... Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Oaklawn Estates, Tutor Key, East Point, Fitz, Wells Chapel, Davella, Thelma, Meally, Thealka, Collista, West Van Lear, Delong, Williamsport, River, Nippa, Offutt, Buffalo, and Hagerhill.
