* WHERE...Presque Isle, Alpena, Alcona, Iosco and Arenac Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...A high swim risk means that life-threatening waves and currents are expected. Stay out of the water and stay away from dangerous areas like piers and breakwalls.
