* WHERE...Central Wayne County in east central Indiana... Northwestern Preble County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 930 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 627 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Richmond, Eaton, Centerville, Hagerstown, New Paris, Greens Fork, Spring Grove, Middleboro, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, Williamsburg, New Hope, Interstate 70 at US Route 127 and Oklahoma.
