* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 631 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms over the last several days. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly as additional thunderstorms move into the advisory area. Between 8 and 12 inches of rain have fallen over the last three to four days and additional rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour will likely lead to the development of flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
